what is super8?
Super8 is the way our parents were filming our ceremonies, our holidays and our everyday life in the 70’s and in the 80’s. Its timeless vibes make the Wedding Film truly unique.
How do you pick the music?
It’s usually a group effort! I’ll ask for your top three songs: if they fit nicely with the footage then I’ll use one of those. Or, if you want to leave the music choice up to me, I’ll be happy to pick something for you!
So is it not digital?
It’s shot on film, but then transferred to digital, in order to have it on our screens and in our hard drives!
Does Super8 work best for every lighting scenario?
Although Super8 can work well in any scenario, it excels in light and outdoor situations.
what will I receive?
Super8 package includes:
- up to 9 minutes raw footage (3 cartridges)
- one 2-4 minutes curated video (length of one song)
- one 30 seconds social media video
Do you have Backup gear?
Super8 is filmed with old cameras, so that’s why I always at least have one backup camera with me.

I’ll deliver a long (4/5 minutes) video, together with a short (1 minute) highlight video.
What is a hybrid video?
The hybrid video is a blend of digital 4k and super8 or VHS or MiniDV clips. I really like this kind of mixing different styles in a single video!
