How

do I work?

I give my greatest attention to details, interactions between people, and the magic in the way people look at each other.
Little moments that will create images that will not only look beautiful. But Alive. Images that will allow you to feel. And to relive those moments for years to come.

I do shoot a lot of details during the day, of course: details of the wonderful flowers you chose, tables, stationaries, tableau… details of the venue where you dreamt to marry at.
But what matters the most are the PEOPLE who will be there with you.

FAQs

How many hours do your packages include?

I don’t want to set limits of 10 or 12 hours to my presence at your wedding. For me capturing everything that happens there is so important, that I don’t want you to have to pay more if you want me there one hour more.
That’s why I’ll be there from the getting ready to the end of the party.

whera are you based?

I’m currently based in the north of Italy.

What are your travel fees?

When traveling is needed, they’ll include accomodation (1 to 3 nights), travel expenses (flights, car rental, …)

when will i receive the images?

Usually it will take around 4 weeks before you see your wedding slideshow. After that you will receive your online gallery.

When will you arrive?


For Italian weddings I arrive the day before and leave the day after your wedding (unless you’re within 120 minutes from Brescia, then I will arrive and leave the same day).
For international weddings I arrive two days before I start shooting, it gives me time to get to know you, scout locations and venues.

Bookings

I work on a first-come, first-served basis and I generally have many people interested in the same dates. The ONLY way to secure a date is to pay a deposit and sign a contract.

Who chooses the images for the album?

I design and select images, but you have full control and can add or take away whatever you want. Pre-designing just speeds up the process. Sample albums can be viewed upon meeting.

Do you have backup gear?

Of course yes. I work with 2 camera bodies (a third one lies in my bag!), each one with a double in-camera safety backup on different memory cards. All your images are later backed up to several hard drives to keep them safe.

How does payment work?


When you book me, upon signing the wedding agreement, you are required to pay the booking deposit/retainer. Your date is then secured. All travel costs to be paid when these are booked.

How are the images delivered?

Your images will be delivered with a wonderful online gallery, beautifully designed and organized.
It also has an integrated print shop, an album proofing section and many more functionalities.

Can you recommend a good videographer?

If you don't like the super 8 wedding films we create, I can most definitely recommend someone shooting video, I have a worked with a number of great teams.

I strongly believe in the importance of books and prints.

Fine-art books or wonderful handmade boxes for prints are only examples of your endless possibilities to showcase and preserve the images of your love.

what is super8?

Super8 is the way our parents were filming our ceremonies, our holidays and our everyday life in the 70’s and in the 80’s. Its timeless vibes make the Wedding Film truly unique.

How do you pick the music?

It’s usually a group effort! I’ll ask for your top three songs: if they fit nicely with the footage then I’ll use one of those. Or, if you want to leave the music choice up to me, I’ll be happy to pick something for you!

So is it not digital?

It’s shot on film, but then transferred to digital, in order to have it on our screens and in our hard drives!

Does Super8 work best for every lighting scenario?

Although Super8 can work well in any scenario, it excels in light and outdoor situations.

what will I receive?

Super8 package includes:
- up to 9 minutes raw footage (3 cartridges)
- one 2-4 minutes curated video (length of one song)
- one 30 seconds social media video

Do you have Backup gear?

Super8 is filmed with old cameras, so that’s why I always at least have one backup camera with me.
